Warehouse and delivery quote
US stock is intended for fulfilment from the United States. Germany stock is intended for fulfilment from Germany to European destinations. Final stock, carrier service and delivery cost are confirmed before bank-transfer payment.
Displayed US FedEx amounts are estimates based on chargeable weight. Destination zone, dimensional weight, split parcels, duties and carrier surcharges can change the final amount.
Discreet packaging
Orders use plain outer packaging without product advertising. Carrier labels and customs declarations may still show information required by delivery and customs rules.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect the parcel before using the product. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, email shiftzhu@163.com promptly with the order reference, parcel label and clear photos of the unopened product and packaging.
Hygiene-sensitive returns
Opened or used intimate products cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns for health and hygiene reasons. This limitation does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s location.
