US-stock products are intended for fulfilment from the United States. Germany-stock products are intended for fulfilment from Germany to European destinations. Mixed-warehouse orders may require separate parcels.
Plain outer packaging
Orders use discreet outer packaging without product advertising. Carrier labels and customs declarations may still contain information required by delivery services or local law.
Why the delivery price is confirmed first
Chargeable weight can depend on both actual and dimensional weight. Destination zone, residential surcharges, split parcels and customs requirements can also change the price. Bank-transfer requests do not take payment until stock and the delivery total are reviewed.
